Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy
We have a strict policy on *NO SHOWS* and* LATE CANCELLATIONS*.
We dorequire acredit card on file to book the appointment.
We do request that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice should you
need to reschedule or cancel to avoid a cancellation charge.
Latecancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled
service price. If you don’t call to cancel your appointment or don’t show,
you’ll be charged 100% for the scheduled service.
Exchange Only Policy
You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item(s) from the date you purchasethem for either another product, or store credit if you have not alreadyopened or used the item, except Cosmetic items.
No Refund, No credit forCosmetic Items.
ALL gift cards and service packages are nonrefundable.

Able to set up appointment online with cancellation restrictions.
